The countdown to the festive period has officially begun – would you believe another year has passed? With winter just around the corner, you may be starting to plan your Christmas menus (if you haven’t already!) So, you’ll be pleased to know that most of our British-grown, fresh produce is available to buy all year round. This means you don’t have to miss out on serving your favourite ingredients!
British-Grown Produce
We grow most of our range all year round here in Evesham. Our glasshouses provide the ideal environment for our Micro Leaves, Edible Flowers, Sea Herbs and other speciality produce. Protected from the unpredictable British weather, they have a consistent, safe home throughout their growing process. We have also developed a unique mix of fertilisers for some of our products, which optimises their growth and guarantees great flavour year-round.
What’s Available this Winter?
Most of our range will be available all the way through the winter months, so you won’t miss out on serving up delicious Micro Leaves, Edible Flowers, Sea Vegetables, Cresses and more! We know how important it is to continue serving amazing dishes, especially at Christmas time, so we’re proud to offer many of the varieties you may not get elsewhere.

Did You Know?
From pick, to pack, to plate, our sustainably-grown produce is handled as little as possible and kept cool until it arrives at your kitchen. This way, we can ensure that every single product is delivered in the very freshest condition.
We also take a lot of care into the sustainability of our packaging. Our standard punnets are made from RPET material which is made from 100% recycled content – the most environmentally friendly and widely recycled material type in the UK. This material is 100% food safe and can be recycled after usage.
