Our Micro Watercress offers fine, delicate leaves with a subtle heat and crisp, peppery finish. Perfect for finishing plates with a fresh lift, it brings a gentle punch that pairs beautifully with seafood, eggs, and light starters.
For a more robust texture and classic flavour, our Baby Watercress features slightly larger, tender sprigs. It’s the familiar, lively watercress character chefs love – bold, aromatic, and versatile enough for everything from soups and salads to modern British mains.
