Edible Flowers Pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 5 egg yolks
- 120g type 00 flour or strong flour
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of olive oil
- Handful of Westlands Herby Mix
METHOD
- Make a well in the flour
- Add eggs to the centre with a pinch of salt
- Gradually mix then knead until smooth
- Cling film and place in the fridge for 10mins
- Set the pasta roller on the thickest setting
- Gradually reduce after each roll, until down to the thinnest setting
- Cut the pasta into 2 sheets, scatter the Herby Mix and Westlands Edible Flowers over one sheet
- Press the 2nd sheet of pasta over the top and roll through the pasta roller
- Finally, cut the pasta into thick lengths and boil for 2 minutes
