Can I choose which flowers and colours to have in my punnet?

We can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to request specific flowers and colours as it will depend on the current availability. However, if you follow up your order with an email to hello@westlandsuk.co.uk we will try our best to accommodate.

How do I store my Edible Flowers?

We recommend storing them in an airtight container, with a piece of kitchen roll delicately placed inside to soak up any moisture. If they begin to wilt, you could try reviving them by placing them in ice water for about 10 minutes. If you do this, be sure to dry the flowers delicately and consume them straight away. You can read more about storing edible flowers here.

What’s the shelf life?

Edible Flowers will last 4-7 days when stored correctly in the fridge. Some flowers will naturally last longer than others. More robust flowers such as Violas and Marigolds will last much longer than delicate flowers like Borage and Nasturtiums.

I have an event this weekend – when should I place my order?

We offer express delivery on all orders placed before 11am Monday – Thursday. Express delivery ensures your order arrives within 1-2 days. If you have an event at the weekend that you need Edible Flowers for, we recommend ordering before 11 am on a Wednesday.

Are the punnets recyclable?

Yes! Our standard punnets are made from RPET material which is made from 100% recycled content – the most environmentally friendly and widely recycled material type in the UK. This material is 100% food safe and can be recycled after usage.
